Senior Customer Marketing Manager

Through delivering informative and scalable solutions covering virtual environments, webinars, webcasting and so much more, they have developed a strong reputation and currently work with many of the worlds leading and largest companies, covering technology, finance, life sciences and more. Due to continued growth throughout Europe, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Senior Customer marketing manager to direct activities for an existing account base
As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will:
- design and implement an effective marketing strategy to engage and retain existing customers
- Create strategies and programs for key customer segments that inform, educate, and delight valuable customers
- Drive adoption, expansion, and retention
- Design, manage and report on integrated customer marketing campaigns
- Integrate campaign programs to fuel user generated content
- Partner with Customer Success, Services and Account Management teams to build strategic, scalable programs for renewals, QBRs and expansion
- Work closely with marketing operations to build scalable, multi-channel experiences across website, email, advertising, webinars and in-product communications
- Connect with global stakeholders to build content strategies and educate on product adoption
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience in B2B SaaS Marketing
- 2+ years experience marketing to existing customers
- Experience using marketing, sales, and customer success technologies, especially Marketo and Salesforce
- The ability to think creatively while making decisions based on data
- Motivation, self-starting and thriving in fast-paced marketing environments

- A base salary of 60-75k
