Through the use of innovative technology, our international media and publishing client continues to expand their network. To scale up, they now have an immediate and exciting opening for a Senior DevOps Engineer to be based in Berlin.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will:

Work as part of a cross-functional and highly skilled R&D team using agile software development methodology
Build and operate a resilient and scalable platform built on Google Cloud
Design, build and automate infrastructure
Manage and evolve the incident and post-mortem process
Work on all levels of the platform
Introduce best practices for infrastructure and software security

Skills, Traits & Requirements:

Fluency with Python, Go and Bash
Experience building highly scalable architecture
GCP or AWS
Docker, Kubernetes and Helm
Apache Spark, Beam and Kafka
Networking and VPNs
Container architecture and service meshes
Prometheus, Grafana or Alertmanager
CI/CD
Defining infrastructure as code
