As a privately owned Managed Service Provider, our client delivers real-world solutions covering Cybersecurity, Cloud Hosting, Network Services and more. To meet their growth initiatives, this disruptive forward-thinking company has an immediate opening in Bristol for a Senior IT Support Technician.

As a Senior IT Support Technician, you will:

Join a collaborative team in delivering both onsite and phone-based desktop support
Respond to system events, availability, and capacity issues
Perform troubleshooting and problem solving on incidents
Diagnose and solve user problems
Perform planned maintenance activities
Cover requests across storage, network, virtualisation, and Microsoft technologies
Assist in training junior technicians

The successful Senior IT Support Technician will possess the following skills, experience, and traits:

3+ years experience in a similar role
IT Certifications (preferred)
Microsoft Technologies
Networks, switches, and firewalls
Mobile platforms
Windows servers
Virtual servers
Ticketing system experience
Planning, analytical and leadership skills
Desire to learn
Team player, fast-paced and deadline driven
