As a Senior Microsoft Support Manager, you will:

Be hands-on
Cover UK and US customers
Focus on oil & gas customers
Take a leadership position

The successful Senior Microsoft Support Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Active Directory Administration and Support
O365 Administration and Support
SharePoint Support
Azure Administration/Support
Routing/Switching TCP/IP
Sophos Firewalls
Anti-Virus
SQL/Oracle - advantageous

This exciting role comes with:

A base salary circa 60k
