Senior/Principal Consultant - Technology Sales

We are currently looking to build our Technology Sales team with the appointment of a Senior/Principal Consultant to focus on senior sales appointments within the SaaS & software,Cyber Security or Fintech sectors. They will be experienced consultants who are able to work autonomously whilst also recognising the benefits of working in a team. Depending on how the Senior/Principal Consultant prefers to work, they will also be offerd the opportunity to recruit a dedicated resourcer if their business so requires it.

The role:

  • A senior member of your team your experience and attitude will set a great example to those around you
  • Management of full recruitment cycle to a high service level
  • Client acquisition and account development
  • Relationship building and networking within chosen sector
  • Developing innovative ideas to cement client engagement
  • Management and direction of a Resourcer if required
  • Working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to deliver against large projects
  • Building your reputation as an expert in your field
  • Representing the company at industry and networking events
  • Inspiring the team around you
  • Creating strategy to manage the achievement of set objectives

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years commercial experience (with 2+ years recruitment experience)
  • Knowledge and understanding of the technology/software sector
