Senior Sales Executive – Cloud Communications
65-75k Base, 130-150k OTE + Executive Benefits
Our client is a leading provider of voice, speech and workforce management solutions and ranks as one of the most experienced providers with expertise covering: systems design, implementation and ongoing service delivery and support. With an expanding client base that includes many of the UK’s leading companies, they continue to deliver both innovative solutions and business growth. They now have an exciting and immediate opening for a Senior Sales Executive to target, win and manage large corporate accounts.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will:
Focus your efforts on new account wins, whilst also managing a growing portfolio of corporate accounts
Manage the full sales process from lead generation through to closing deals with 250-300k average order values
Work with complex sales and 3-9 month sales cycles
Oversee 2 Account Executives
Move into a more management-focused position as the portfolio and team grows
Deliver result across numerous verticals with an emphasis on the financial sector
The ideal sales candidate will:
Be of graduate calibre
Possess a minimum of 5+ years cloud contact centre or cloud-based sales experience
Be highly motivated, driven by success and demonstrable leadership skills
Demonstrate first class communication and presentation skills with the ability to liaise and influence at C-Level
Be articulate, mature in approach, smart, professional and a good team player
Familiar with multi-million-pound target achievement
The successful sales candidate can expect:
An initial salary base of 65-75k
An uncapped and very achievable OTE of 130-150k in the first year
