As a hot tech company, our client has leveraged advanced AI and Machine Learning to develop a well-received L&D platform. This well-funded company is set for phenomenal growth through the build-out of its sales function. Due to global growth, they now have an exciting opening for an SEO Team Lead to drive SEO activities across North America. This role is based in or near New York.

As an SEO Team Lead, you will:

Build and manage a team of SEO Specialists
Plan, implement and manage our client’s overall SEO strategy
Own all aspects of a high performing website
Drive SEO strategy and best practices
Identify key SEO targets to support global messaging
Deliver keyword research, specifically long-tail keywords targeting technical concepts
Measure performance, create reports and seek improvements
Source great content that drives traffic and lead generation
Stay abreast of search engine guidelines, industry trends and algorithm updates

Degree educated candidates who are intelligent, inquisitive and possess 7+ years of international SEO experience
On-page, off-page, and technical SEO
In-house or agency
Proven record of delivering measurable results
Organized with attention to detail
Google Analytics and Google Search Console
SEO tools
HTML and CSS
Data and SEO analysis
A curiosity for technical solutions and experience optimizing for long-tail search terms

The successful SEO Steam Lead can expect:

A base salary circa 80-120k
