Our firmly established IT Services client has an exciting opening for an experienced Server Support Engineer to work both remote and on-site in Epsom.

As a Server Support Engineer, you will:

Provide a high-quality server infrastructure to support
Deliver essential business support for all users both on-site and at remote locations
Manage and respond to Infrastructure tickets in FreshService
Complete server hardware builds
Create and manage Citrix releases
Configure and install applications
Perform proactive maintenance
Create a knowledge base
Provide service desk cover
Liaise with external suppliers

To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications, experience and traits:

Windows Server & Desktop
UC = Exchange, Mimecast and Teams, etc.
365 and Azure
Microsoft SCCM
SQL Server
NetApp
Attix 5
XenDesktop
Excellent communications skills
Service desk experience
Ability to train others
Initiative

The successful Server Support Engineer can expect a negotiable package circa 35-40k with an additional and generous benefits package.
