Service Desk Analyst – IT Support

Our enterprise level client is a recognised name within the Utility sector. Due to growth throughout Australia, they have a 6 month contract position for a Service Desk Analyst, which has the potential to move into a full-time permanent role.

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will

  • Play an integral part in delivering high quality support to internal employees
  • Work as part of a high-volume desktop support team
  • Use your problem solving and customers service skills to provide IT solutions via remote support 
  • Create and maintain user accounts for internal access
  • Manage helpdesk tickets in line with company SLA’s
  • Provide IT Support on a remote basis
  • Provide mobile device support
  • Conduct ongoing system maintenance and updates

To be successful in this role, you will possess: 

  • CCM knowledge or experience
  • Experience of ticketing systems/service management tools, ideally ServiceNow
  • Experience of enterprise IT environments
  • A passion or interest within IT
  • Phone based customer support experience

The successful candidate will be offered a 225-375 day rate.
