Our client, a prestigious global hedge fund, requires a Software Engineer to work on various post-trade engineering (PTE) functions.

The successful candidate will:

Design, develop, and deploy elegant software solutions
Partner with business leaders to define priorities and deliver custom solutions
Engage with C-level leadership
Build a range of critical solutions like post-trade clearing and settlement services

The successful UI Engineer will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:

3+ years of experience in software development
Proficient with one or more of the following object-oriented languages: Java, C++, Python
Demonstrated technical leadership skills, defining and executing design roadmaps
Deep knowledge of distributed service-oriented architecture and relational databases
Building high-performance, highly available, and scalable systems
Building complex software systems that have been successfully adopted by customers over extended time periods
Able to deliver short-term results while investing in long-term strategic solutions
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science or equivalent
