As a leader in performance management software, our client boasts a presence in over 35 countries. Through developing and delivering comprehensive and scalable performance management solutions they offer automated reporting, analytics, disclosure reporting and so much more in one cloud-based solution. To maintain their growth path, they are seeking an additional Sales Executive to join their high performing sales team.

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Deliver targeted outbound calling to qualify opportunities and build relationships
  • Follow-up on warm and inbound leads
  • Identify, book and confirm appointments within the enterprise sector
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to appointment setting
  • Utilise a consultative, solution-based sales approach

You will have:

  • 1-2+ years sales experience gained in a target driven, phone-based, B2B sales environment (software/technology preferred)
  • Passion, high energy levels and an eagerness to learn
  • A team player mentality with high levels of self-motivation and self-management
  • Degree level education with excellent communication and presentation skills

The successful Sales Executive candidate can expect:

  • A starting base salary circa 35-40k
  • A first-year achievable OTE of 43-50k
