Our international client with a global network of offices, provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large scale events, digital events, webinars and more, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. To drive North American growth, they currently have an immediate and exciting opening for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to lead a current team of 6 in NYC.
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you can expect:
- A base salary of 100-130k
- Uncapped 185-195k OTE

- Deliver coaching/training (prospecting, research, negotiation, customer success/service)
- Lead sales operations (database management and compliance, deal closure, documentation etc.)
- Gather competitor and market analysis
- Degree educated
- 5+ years B2B sponsorship, conference, or similar sales experience
- 2+ years sales management experience
- A record of sales achievement
- Strong communication skills
- Structured approach and exceptional time management
- Self-motivated
- Fast-paced
- Results and detail-oriented
- A mature outlook and strong commercial awareness
