They currently have an immediate and exciting opening for a Sponsorship Sales Manager in NYC to focus on the Defense and Security sector.
As a Sponsorship Sales Manager, you can expect:
- A base salary of 60-80k

- Drive new sponsorship revenue for defense and security based events
- Deliver independent research to identify the target audience and potential sponsors
- Prospect for new business and build a sales pipeline
- Develop and maintain a database of existing and potential sponsors
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through to close
- Perform key account management
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Perform CRM maintenance
- Attend events to ensure smooth running and improve customer service through face-to-face interaction
- Degree educated
- 2+ years B2B sales experience gained in events, sponsorship, media, or related sector
- Strong knowledge/interest in the defense and security sectors
- A record of sales achievement
- New business experience
