Strategic Account Director – IT Services
London / Remote
65k Base, 130-150k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our firmly established IT Services client is driving digital transformation. As one of the UK’s leading providers of Managed Services and Unified Comms, they are well-positioned for further growth. To meet the needs of their top accounts they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Strategic Account Director to be based remotely, in or around London.
As a Strategic Account Director, you will:
- Manage a portfolio of 6+ key accounts
- Research and map out key accounts to fully understand their business
- Maintain a high retention and renewal rate
- Develop strategic account planning and uncover opportunities for growth
- Carry a budget circa 650k GP
- Work with key vendors – Extreme, Cato and Palo Alto Networks
- Deliver training, product updates and general client service
- Be educated to degree level
- Be intelligent, inquisitive and possess a minimum of 3-5+ years proven sales/account management experience gained in a reseller, MSP, vendor or disti environment
- Have reached 500k GP levels
- Demonstrate solid networking and connectivity experience
- Possess business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to account management
- Exhibit first class communication and presentation skills and the ability to liaise with customers at C level
- Have attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
- Be highly organised and able to work in both a team environment and autonomously
