To maintain their enviable position, they have an exciting and immediate opening in Watford for a Support Engineer.

As a Support Engineer, you will:

Deliver 1st line support activities
Respond to a variety of incidents and service requests
Cover a variety of technologies
Work as part of a multi-disciplined team
Attain certifications
Focus on a specific Financial Services customer
Spend 2 days per week on the customer’s site

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and traits:

IT Operations
Mac and Windows devices
Willingness to learn
O365 and Intune
Azure AD

The successful Support Engineer can expect a salary circa of 30-35k plus additional and generous benefits. 3 days in Watford and 2 days on site per week.
