As a growing media group focused on delivering innovative media and marketing solutions for the global business community, our client is experiencing ongoing growth across their entire range of solutions. Their growing portfolio, which is centred on audio marketing, is well received in both the SME and corporate arenas. Due to continued demand for their service, they now have an exciting opening for a Talent Acquisition Executive to help build out their US-based operations.

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will:

Focus mainly on recruiting HR, Tech, Engineering and Sales positions
Own the entire candidate lifecycle from sourcing through to offer and onboarding
Write and post adverts
Source through LinkedIn and other job boards
Conduct phone screenings, Zoom and in-person interviews
Work in a team-based environment to achieve high volume recruitment

The ideal Talent Acquisition Executive will:

Possess 1-3 years relevant recruitment experience
Be a proficient user of LinkedIn and other resources
Be able to source great candidates
Have a proven record of exceeding quotas
Have excellent communication and first-class presentation skills coupled with the drive and desire to deliver results
Be articulate, show initiative, have a positive approach to work and possess a team-first mentality

The successful Talent Acquisition Executive can expect:

A base salary of 50-65k
An uncapped and very achievable first year OTE of 70-85k
