Our Client is a global recruitment software platform with headquarters in Sydney. They have been growing rapidly since 2007 and have 2000 clients in more than 45 countries.

Their cloud-based software is beautiful, easy to use, and is accessible from any web browser mobile.

About You

  • You are a positive, happy person who loves helping others. You have customer service or recruitment experience and are looking for a role where you can put your knowledge and skills to work. You probably didn't realise until now that there are jobs like this where your experience is highly valued.
  • You are self-motivated and love nothing more than learning new things and improving yourself
  • You love helping people and will go to the ends of the earth to make your customers happy
  • You don't accept the status quo. Everything can always be improved.
  • You have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • You can explain complex issues in a simple way. For example, you are probably awesome at teaching your Nan how to use an iPad.
  • You have had a few 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support jobs, but have not yet found a true career 'home'.
  • you are comfortable reading HTML code.

About the Job

This is a London based opening. You will be required to travel to Sydney 1-2 times a year for our company conferences. 

They have 60 staff globally and currently, 25% of those people work anywhere. It used to be called "work from home" but that doesn't come close to describing the way their remote people work. From Colombia to New Zealand to the Rocky Mountains, we have team members working wherever they can get reliable Wifi and fresh, clean air. 

Their clients are mainly recruiters and HR managers. Your role is to answer their product related questions by email, phone and live chat and to help them do their job more efficiently, as well as to make sure they always have a great experience interacting with the software. 

You will be answering simple questions like "how do I reset my password" through to more complex challenges, such as working with Outlook extensions and APIs.

You just need to be bright and love learning new things. You are also a problem solver, taking often incomplete information and identifying the right answer for your client. You develop a close rapport with our customers and they come to rely on You as an extended part of their team. You can work fast and multi-task like a demon.
