To ensure peak performance, they now have an exciting opening in London for a Technical Support Engineer.
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will:
Solve customer route cause issues
Direct and teach customers
Create and share knowledge
Drive support, leadership, engineering and product collaboration
Meet and surpass customer needs
Technical Support Engineer applications are invited from those with the following skills and traits:
3-5 years technical support, systems implementation/administration experience
Speak French
Computer Science Degree
Sales and/or marketing industry experience
SFDC admin experience
SaaS product knowledge
Exchange knowledge
Voice/network experience
Slack, Tableau, Zendesk, Kibana, DataDog
The successful Technical Support Engineer will be offered:
A base salary circa 55-65k
