Due to continued growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Technical Support Manager to be based remotely in the UK.
As a Technical Support Manager, you will:
- Provide first-class support for high-profile customers
- Manage a talented team of Support Analysts
- Join a tight-knit and fast-growing team
- Work directly with customers on a global scale
- Handle escalations and review root causes
- Design and implement workflows and processes
- Drive team to meet KPI’s
- 4-6 years experience leading a technical support team
- Computer Science, Engineering or information Systems degree
- Strong SQL experience
- Strong technology and business acumen
- Solid team leadership experience (management and development)
- Problem-solving skills (business & technical)
- Strong interpersonal and planning skills
- Efficiency and optimisation
- Implementation experience
- ICM, ERP, CRM or HRMS experience preferred
- A base salary of 67k
