Territory Sales Manager (BDE) – Russian
36K Base, 65k OTE + Executive Benefits

Our client is a market leader in the business intelligence software space, with a global reach in both private and public sector organisations. Their solution is used globally as a means of visualising data and gaining invaluable insights that drive business-critical decisions. Due to ongoing growth, this US-headquartered giant is looking to expand their Central European sales team through the hiring of a Russian-speaking territory sales professional.

As a Territory Manager, you will:

  • Drive new business sales in a large Russian and CIS territory
  • Retain and grow accounts won for up to 1 year
  • Target all verticals, selling to companies turning over up to $500m a year
  • Manage both direct and indirect sales processes
  • Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
  • Conduct product demonstrations on a regular basis
  • Work collaboratively with your team to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Take advantage of a wealth of progression opportunities

The ideal candidate will: 

  • Speak fluent Russian
  • Possess a minimum of 2+ years B2B sales exp.
  • Have a successful track record of achievement against a personal sales quota
  • Carry experience either selling to the Russian market, the CIS market or another remote market
  • Possess business acumen, motivation and the drive to manage relationships at every level of an organisation

The successful sales candidate will be offered a highly competitive package including base salary circa 36k with realistic OTE of 65k plus generous benefits, training in Seattle and opportunities for career progression.
