Covering contract, contingent, and retained recruitment solutions, they are well-positioned to gain further market share. They currently have an immediate and exciting opening in Austin for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

Work alongside colleagues on exciting projects for some of the world’s leading companies
Initially be responsible for candidate generation, working on a variety of technology-led campaigns
Oversee interview management, candidate communications, and all aspects of candidate management
Create content and job postings to attract candidates
Negotiate, influence, and drive positive outcomes
Learning every aspect of the recruitment industry through hands-on training
Fast track through to a 360 role with client management

The successful Consultant can expect:

40-45k basic salary
