As a hot tech company, our client is on a mission to deliver the worlds best AI-powered mentoring and coaching platform. This well-funded company, which helps global organisations improve employee potential, diversity, and inclusion is set for phenomenal growth through the build-out of their Product Team. They currently have an exciting opening in London for a VP of Product Management.

  As VP of Product, you will:

Work closely with the CEO to manage and scale various divisions
Join a small but mighty senior leadership team
Lead on product strategy
Develop and implement both short and long term roadmaps
Identify and execute adjacent solutions to add value
Build and manage a world-class Product Team
Cross-over with engineering, sales, customer success and marketing functions
Lead hiring and strategy execution

The ideal VP of Product will possess the following skills and traits:

7+ years product management experience
Strategic thinking
Strong leadership and management skills
Passion for software and platforms
Knowledge of HR and/or L&D trends
Deep understanding of product management frameworks and processes
Proven experience in hiring product and engineering teams

An initial base salary circa 75-90k
