Our fast-growing client is an innovative, respected and advanced provider of animation software solutions. With a vision to lead the industry, a growing account base and inspirational leaders, they are well placed for further success. They now have an exciting opening for a VP of Sales to lead growth into new markets

As an experienced VP / Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for the UK and beyond
  • Ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability through the direct management of all sales functions
  • Recruit, hire and train/coach a world-class sales team
  • Manage the performance and development of all sales reports
  • Initiate and coordinate development of plans to penetrate new markets 
  • Analyse sales statistics, review market analysis to determine business needs and formulate policies

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 5+ year’s sales management/directorship experience gained in a SaaS environment
  • Have experience in building and leading new sales functions
  • Demonstrate strong and proven strategic leadership skills
  • Have structured sales training
  • Be hands-on, on the way up in your career and looking for a start-up type environment

The successful candidate can expect a generous base salary circa 70-80k with an uncapped 110-150k OTE plus an additional and generous benefits package.
