Our award-winning client is an innovative, respected and fast-growing provider of SaaS-based fintech solution. Through highly advanced AI and automation technologies they unlock cost savings in real-time accounting. They now have an exciting opening for a VP of Sales to lead growth throughout EMEA.

As an experienced VP / Sales Director, you will:

  • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy for the EMEA region
  • Ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability through the direct management of numerous sales functions
  • Manage the performance and development of divisional managers and their reports
  • Initiate and coordinate development of plans to penetrate new markets 
  • Analyse sales statistics, review market analysis to determine business needs and formulate policies
  • Recruit, hire and train/coach Sales Managers and direct reports for maximum performance.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be educated to degree level and possess a minimum of 5+ year’s sales management experience
  • Possess 10+ years experience within a transactional based sales environment
  • Have experience in leading a large internally based management team
  • Demonstrate strong and proven strategic leadership skills
  • Be free to travel throughout Europe
  • Have structured sales training

The successful candidate can expect a generous base salary circa 100-120k with an uncapped 150k OTE plus an additional and generous benefits package.
