A leading global technology company is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support growth across mid-market and enterprise clients. You’ll join an inclusive, collaborative team that values agility, learning, and innovation.
About the Role You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—researching, identifying, and qualifying new opportunities. Working closely with senior sales colleagues, you’ll create pipeline, nurture prospects, and set up high-quality meetings.
Key Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound and outbound leads using structured frameworks.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email, and digital channels to build relationships.
• Research prospects and articulate how solutions address business challenges.
• Maintain a clean, active pipeline and support BDMs with next steps.
• Use CRM and sales tools for accurate data and reporting.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
• Strong discovery, questioning, and qualification skills.
• Confident with high-volume outreach and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and resilience.
• Background in technology or cloud solutions is advantageous.
