The Sales Researcher Role:
The Sales Researcher / Sales Administrator will support a high-performing telesales team and business development function by managing data, conducting in-depth research, and optimizing lead pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and manage researched and networked leads in the CRM system.
- Apply initial and in-depth research to identify emerging companies and sector trends.
- Manage and optimize lead pipelines to support sales initiatives.
- Conduct research into commercial landlord portfolios.
- Provide essential support to the telesales and business development teams.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
- Quickly adapt to CRM database tools; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
- Experience: 2-5 years in a similar role, such as Sales Researcher or Sales Administrator.
- Skills: Data-driven, commercially aware, and a strong communicator.
- Traits: Inquisitive, detail-focused, and capable of using data to influence sales strategies.
- Work Ethic: Comfortable working in a KPI-driven environment.
- A generous base salary of 28-35k
- An uncapped OTE of 33-40k first year
