75k Base, 110k OTE + Super + Benefits

From rostering, through client management and billing, this cutting-edge platform create efficiencies, streamlines processes, and enables growth. To meet demand, further build their sales function and to continue growing their team, they now have an exciting opening for an experienced SDR to help their high-performing sales function meet their growth goals.
Sales Development Representative rewards:

Sales Development Representative duties:    
  • Generate new opportunities using outbound tactics (email sequences, LinkedIn, cold calling etc.)
  • Identify, target and nurture potential outbound opportunities
  • Book and confirm qualified demos
  • Qualify inbound opportunities
  • Deliver extensive prospect research
  • Understand the needs of prospects and communicate them clearly to Account Executives
  • Clearly articulate our client’s proposition to prospects
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues
Sales Development Representative requirements:  
  • Degree education
  • 18+ months previous outbound sales experience (BDE, BDR, SDR, etc.)
  • SaaS or tech sales preferred
  • Consultative, tenacious, and professional in approach
  • High levels of motivation
  • First-class communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable ambition, drive, and a portfolio of interests outside of work
  • Goal driven
  • Strategic thinking
