To continue their drive to the cloud, they have an immediate and exciting opening for A Senior Project Manager with Change and Transformation expertise.
  
Responsibilities will include:  

• Actively leading the development of project artifacts, integrated project plans, resource and contingency plans, ensuring they are scoped and documented and that risk management processes are followed
• Improve the delivery of the client platform
• Building effective relationships to ensure the success of the project
• Identifying and managing project and program dependencies
• Delivering software product projects within the constraints of scope, time, and cost
• Effectively managing project team conflicts, building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders
• Estimating costs, timescales, and resource requirements
• Partnering with project sponsors/stakeholders (including customers) to define project objectives, milestones, and success criteria
• Leading multiple workstreams and large project teams

Experience and Academics required:  

• 5+ years project managing engineering teams
• 3+ years managing global teams remotely
• PMI or equivalent qualification
• Agile or SAFe qualified
• Experience working in a regulated financial environment
