As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Identify and qualify custom research, event sponsorship, and consulting opportunities
- Manage an end-to-end sales process
- Attend client meetings, events, and conduct demonstrations
- Draft detailed and high-quality proposals aligned with customer requirements
- Accurately forecast sales pipelines
- Strategically think and work with the management team to further develop best practice
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- 3-5+ years sales experience gained in market research, information, or similar
- Consultative sales experience
- Full sales cycle
- Degree education
- Proven record of sales success (individual contributor)
- Intelligent, ability to build rapport and personal relationships
- Autonomous, energetic, proactive, and driven
- Results-focused and collaborative
- Knowledge or interest within the environmental, health and safety, and sustainability space, is desirable
- Sense of humour
- 90-100k Base
- 130-150k uncapped OTE
