Head of Sales responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing and well-established team
- Drive sales processes and quality productivity
- Provide unwavering support to the sales team to achieve goals
- Partner with client services and publishing teams to maximise opportunities
- Utilise data analysis and key metrics to drive improvements
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Assist with closing key client business
- Degree level education
- Proven track record of successfully managing a high-performing sales function
- Publishing, medical, digital or information background preferred
- Effective leadership skills
- Emotional intelligence
- Business acumen, motivation and a dynamic yet professional approach to sales
- First-class communication and presentation skills
- Available to be in office 5 days per week
- A negotiable base salary of 80-90k
- A first-year achievable OTE of 180-190k
