- Provide remote technical support, resolving customer IT issues via phone or helpdesk.
- Build and install software on servers, PCs, and laptops.
- Assess, repair, and maintain customer IT equipment, including servers, PCs, and laptops.
- Install and configure servers, PCs, and laptops on customer sites.
- Perform network maintenance and install equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Conduct onsite assessments and audits of existing IT infrastructure.
- Perform Office 365 migrations and server build configuration.
- Monitor, support, and troubleshoot application and network infrastructure issues.
- Proven experience in 2nd/3rd Line IT Support.
- Proficiency with Windows servers, networking equipment, and Office 365 environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware and software issues.
- Experience installing and maintaining network devices (routers, switches, WAPs).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in diverse IT environments.
- Valid driver’s license (for onsite visits).
- Willingness to continually learn and adapt to new technologies.
