Our client produces an ever-increasing number of annual events and thousands of business executives with tailored and practical conferences, keeping them updated with industry trends, technological developments, and regulatory announcements across many vertical markets. With offices on five continents, our client has grown to become the industry leader in planning, delivering, and managing conferences, tradeshows, workshops, seminars and more. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Conference Producer to join their cohesive and high-performing team.
  
Conference Producer rewards:  
  • A salary circa 30-35k dependent upon experience

Conference Producer responsibilities:  
  • Build and deliver world-class programs and events
  • Conduct telephone and web-based market research to identify conference topics
  • Recruit high-level speakers
  • Help expand a network of leaders
  • Develop event agendas and marketing materials to promote events
  • Project Manage events from concept to delivery
  • Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing
  • Drive event narrative, identify speakers and industry experts
  • Travel domestically and internationally
Conference Producer skills, traits, and experience:  
  • A Research-based degree
  • 24+ months experience Delegate Sales, Journalism, Executive Search or similar
  • Strong research and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, engaging, and professional attitude
  • Multi-tasking
  • Willingness to learn and freedom to travel
