US - Remote
160k Base, 280k OTE + Executive Benefits

Our well-funded and highly successful client has a leading MarTech platform that drives results. Through AI, our client’s platform analyses cross-channel data sets to predict behaviour and revenue generation. Recognised as number one in their field, they now have an immediate and exciting opening in London for an Account Director.
As an Account Director, you will:  
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts valued at $11 million
  • Develop and execute strategic account planning and forecasting
  • Lead negotiations for proposals, contracts, and renewals
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at budget holder level
  • Serve as the primary representative of our client at all levels
  • Support cross-product sales strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues focused on new business acquisition
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales and delivery team
  • Partner with customer success, marketing, operations, and engineering teams
Candidates for the Account Director position should possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education • Intelligent, inquisitive, and competitive mindset
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise account management
  • Experience in Martech and/or SaaS industries
  • E-commerce and retail sector exposure (preferred)
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with demonstrated account management skills
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in deal processes
  • Technical aptitude and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, humility, and persuasive nature
  • Proficient in project management techniques
  • Longevity and stability in previous roles
The successful Account Director can expect:  
  • Competitive base salary of $160k.
