Remote – East Coast
120-150k base, 170-210k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our client, a leading provider of information and insight to the aviation industry, covers both online and offline channels alongside their strong event portfolio. Due to the strong network of existing clients based in North America, this European-based organisation is now seeking an experienced Sales Director to manage and grow opportunities throughout the US and Canada.

Due to the strong network of existing clients based in North America, this European-based organisation is now seeking an experienced Sales Director to manage and grow opportunities throughout the US and Canada.
Sales Director responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with advertising clients in the US and Canada
- Produce sales proposals and work with print, digital, and event production teams
- Source leads and cold call potential clients
- Close business with senior marketing professionals
- Travel across the USA and internationally to major airshows and client locations
- Maximize product revenues across the portfolio
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
- Build and maintain key client and industry relationships
- Develop and secure new business in a competitive market
- Deliver regular territory reports to the Commercial Director
- Attend relevant industry events
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for the territory
- Proven ability to negotiate and sell at a senior level
- Excellent track record in selling print, online, and bespoke advertising solutions
- Successful history of winning new business in a competitive marketplace
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Confidence in presenting multimedia solutions to clients
- Ability to work as part of a global team
- Deep understanding of the sales process and value selling
- Effective communication and influencing skills (verbal and written)
- Highly self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Solutions-oriented with a positive approach
- Knowledge of the aviation market is a plus but not essential
- A base salary circa 120-150k
- An uncapped OTE of 170-210k
- A flexible and generous benefits package
