As an Account Executive, you will:

As an Account Executive, you will:
- Develop and nurture Media Agency relationships across a large territory
- Drive new business, agency-based revenue
- Develop and implement a strategy to win, retain, and grow agency revenue
- Prospect for new business and also respond to incoming leads from agencies
- Target and manage a portfolio of Media Agencies and Programmatic leaders
- Manage the full agency sales cycle from identification through to close
- Work with agencies to drive their business
- Drive best practices to influence buying decisions
- Accurately forecast pipeline and sales figures
- Partner with marketing to drive lead generation
- Degree educated
- Intelligent, inquisitive, and competitive
- 2+ years experience gained in AdTech
- Start-up experience
- Media Agencies and Advertisers
- Video advertising and programmatic sector (advantageous)
- Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape
- Highly strategic
- Self-motivated and results-orientated with proven influencing skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- New business focused with a track record of success (hunter)
- The ability to manage a complex 360 sales cycle
- Gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona, and persuasive nature
- A base salary of 40-80k
- First-year achievable OTE of 60-120k
