Our innovative and technically advanced client is at the leading edge of mixed-signal IP development. Through developing and delivering low-power integrated clocking and interconnected IP, they are well-placed for further growth.  To maintain their enviable position, they have an immediate opening in Sunnyvale for a CMOS Verification Engineer.
As a CMOS Verification Engineer, you will:    
  • Complete circuit design of advanced Fin-FET low power PLLs and PVT sensors and I/O’s
  • Design different mixed-signal circuit blocks
  • Deliver layout supervision and post-layout analysis
  • Design review, and document
  • Work with quality assurance engineers to ensure the smooth release of products
  • Perform silicon bring-up, debugging, and evaluation
  • Provide customer support, both pre-sales and post-final delivery
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:    
  • BS / MS or above preferred in electrical engineering or related field
  • 2-3+ years experience
  • Digital and analog circuit design, implementation, and verification
  • Strong understanding of analog design fundamentals
  • Mix signal, analog, and digital circuit design in advanced Fin-FET processes
  • Bandgap and amplifiers for PVT sensors
  • High sensitivity and accuracy sense amplifiers
  • I/O designs
  • Low voltage and low jitter PLL
  • Spread spectrum PLL
  • LC PLL
  • Ability to provide customer support
