To deliver a first-class service, they currently have an exciting opening in London for a Customer Success Manager.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:
- Deliver success planning and enablement to a growing portfolio of customers
- Create and deliver compelling account plans
- Drive retention rates whilst seeking growth
- Deliver onboarding, training, reviews, and more
- Collaborate with sales and professional services functions
- Network with the product team to innovate and build value
- Liaise with marketing colleagues to create case studies and more
- 3-4 years customer success in a SaaS environment
- Large corporate experience
- Contract negotiations and procurement
- Creativity
- Problem-solving
- RecTech or HRTec experience (advantageous)
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer empathy
- HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Docs
- Video and UGC interests
- A base salary of 45-50k
- First-year achievable OTE of 55-60k
