45-50k Base, 55-60k OTE + Great Benefits

Our client is a rapidly growing video content provider. As a leading user-generated video platform, their scalable service allows corporates of every size to capture and edit truly authentic, personal and trusted user-generated content to boost engagement, attraction, and communications. To deliver a first-class service, they currently have an exciting opening in London for a Customer Success Manager.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will:  
  • Deliver success planning and enablement to a growing portfolio of customers
  • Create and deliver compelling account plans
  • Drive retention rates whilst seeking growth
  • Deliver onboarding, training, reviews, and more
  • Collaborate with sales and professional services functions
  • Network with the product team to innovate and build value
  • Liaise with marketing colleagues to create case studies and more
Customer Success Manager applicants require the following skills and experience:  
  • 3-4 years customer success in a SaaS environment
  • Large corporate experience
  • Contract negotiations and procurement
  • Creativity
  • Problem-solving
  • RecTech or HRTec experience (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer empathy
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, and Google Docs
  • Video and UGC interests
The successful Customer Success Manager can expect:  
  • A base salary of 45-50k
  • First-year achievable OTE of 55-60k
