Our exciting FinTech client is on a mission to bring CryptoAssets to the mass market. With an exciting range of products and industry data, they are well-placed to assist traditional and institutional investors to understand volatility and risk. To maintain their high service levels, they now have an exciting opening for a Sales Support Executive to be hybrid based in London.
  
As a Sales Support Executive, you will cover:  

• Work alongside management in an Executive Assistant capacity
• Develop and manage CRM’s.
• Manage correspondence between the sales team and their clients
• Perform diary management, schedule meeting, and attend client meetings
• Maintain and support the accounts, assisting in account management and administration
• Handle all inquiries and queries from clients
• Track sales targets.
• Answer phone calls.
• Prepare for, attend, and contribute to sales and marketing meetings
• Support marketing, public relations, and brand-building work where required

Sales Support Executive applications are invited from those with the following skills and traits:  

• Degree educated
• 3+ years experience in sales support, marketing or in an Executive Assistant position
• Technically and financially aware
• Excellent communication skills
• A structured approach
• Solid time management with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
• Outgoing, driven, and committed

The successful Sales Support Executive can expect:
