Having had a number of years experience in both sales and recruitment, Justin established Certus Sales in January 2001. Initially a specialist sales recruiter, the business has developed and evolved into what is now the Certus Recruitment Group, which consists of four core brands, Certus Sales, Certus Graduate & Certus Digital and Certus IT.

As CEO, Justin continues to take the lead role in the strategic development and growth of the business, while retaining as much client involvement as possible. Justin is passionate about quality of service and believes business growth is achieved not just by winning new clients, but by ensuring existing clients are provided with an exceptional service that delivers a real and measurable return for their business.

This is achieved by promoting Certus Recruitment Group's core values; Passion, Energy, Commitment, Integrity and Fun, ensuring they are evident in all that we do.

Sam joined Certus Recruitment Group in 2013 as a graduate and quickly identified he had a natural talent within Technology Sales recruitment. His attention to detail and commitment to client delivery led to outstanding personal performance and the development of significant client relationships with global IT vendors.

In 2016 Sam took over the management of the Technology Sales team and, following further success and a restructure in late 2016,  was promoted to Sales Director with responsibility for the UK Business as a whole, managing the Sales, Marketing, IT and Graduate teams.

Adam has a strong and long relationship with Certus Recruitment Group, having started his career as a graduate trainee recruitment consultant with Certus in the UK back in January 2010. Adam left us after 3 and a half years service to emigrate to Australia, where he joined Aurec, a leading Australian ICT recruitment specialist. Having gained 5 years experience in the Australian market, most recently managing a team of consultants providing both contract and permanent specialist recruitment services, Adam will no lead our business across the APAC region.

Based initially from our offices in Collins Street, Melbourne, Adam will take the lead in the development of the Melbourne business through both client acquisition and the recruitment and development of the Certus Australia team.

With 20+ years industry experience and as a member of the Certus Team for the past 14, Ian has witnessed many changes, none more so than the move from fax machine to email!

What has remained consistent is his commitment to quality, the achievement of daily results and the delivery of a first class service.

Working remotely from a Canadian office since 2004, Ian is responsible for the smooth running of numerous functions including internal recruitment, candidate acquisition and database management and supports the operations team in the day-to-day running of a fast growing recruitment business.
