As a Series A start-up, our client leverages best-in-class AI to drive enterprise communications. With solutions designed for Customer Support Centers, chatbots, web and mobile, their advanced AI automates questioning, searching, and information extraction. With an enviable account base that includes many leading names, they are well-placed for further rapid growth. They currently have an exciting opening in Houston for an Account Executive to work in a hybrid capacity.
As an Account Executive, you will:  
  • Research and target prospects throughout North America
  • Qualify leads sourced via internal sales, digital campaigns, conferences, trade shows, etc.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales leaders
  • Pitch C-level contacts within O&G, Finance, and Insurance sectors
  • Understand technical requirements, provide technical information and explanations, prepare quotations, and close sales
  • Work in an entrepreneurial new business focused role
  • Create and deliver lead generation campaigns to supplement leads provided
  • Book and confirm product demonstrations
  • Close sales with average order values in excess of 30k
Applications are invited from candidates with the following experience, skills, and traits:  
  • Degree level education
  • 3+ years SaaS sales experience (closing)
  • O&G, financial services, or insurance sector exposure (preferred)
  • A customer-focused mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with a powerful presence
  • New business sales skills, tenacity, persuasive nature, and goal-oriented
  • The ability to learn and understand new products and technology
  • Articulate, competitive, and passionate individuals
  • Familiarity with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
The successful Account Executive can expect:  
  • A base salary of 80-130k dependent upon experience
  • A first-year achievable OTE of 100-150k
