This highly collaborative company has an immediate opening in Canberra for an experienced Senior Cloud Change Management Consultant
  
In the role of Senior Cloud Change Management Consultant, you will:  

• Utilise agile methodologies and digital communication channels to identify, plan, and implement interventions, ensuring readiness for new cloud operating models.
• Develop stakeholder change impact assessments, business readiness assessments, communication strategies, and training plans.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change activities while building positive relationships with program stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training materials, education sessions, and presentations, along with recommending targeted messaging and training sessions.
• Address resistance and provide recommendations to enhance user adoption and stakeholder buy-in.

To excel in this position, you should have:  

• 5+ years of successful experience in large-scale business transformation or technology adoption programs.
• 3+ years working on hyperscale Cloud transformation programs (preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven project experience in change management involving cloud computing. • Industry-recognized change management certification with proficiency in best practice frameworks.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and change leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including presentation skills.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Foundational certifications, or equivalent knowledge.
• NV1 clearance (preferred).
