Sponsorship Sales Manager
40-50k Base, 60-65k OTE + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a leading provider of conferences, exhibitions, webinars, trade shows, reports, seminars, training courses and international events focused on renewable energy and sustainability sectors. Through providing a vibrant mix of news reporting, policy maker events and well attended international conferences, our client delivers detailed, intelligent coverage and useful reference data covering everything energy. Due to growth, they now have an exciting opening for a Sponsorship Sales Manager to be based in London.
Sponsorship Sales Manager Rewards:  
  • A base salary of 40-50k
  • Uncapped 60-65k OTE (2nd year 90-110k)

As Sponsorship Sales Manager you will:  
  • Drive new sponsorship revenue across all events
  • Deliver independent research to identify potential sponsors
  • Develop and maintain a database of existing sponsors
  • Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting/account management through to close
  • Performing key account management
  • Utilise inbound and marketing generated leads
  • Attending events to ensure smooth running and improve customer service through face-to-face interaction
Sponsorship Sales Managers will demonstrate the following skills, traits, and experience:  
  • Degree educated
  • 2+ years sponsorship sales experience
  • A record of sales achievement
  • Intelligent and articulate
  • Structured approach and solid time management
  • Motivated, determined and driven (financially and career advancement)
  • Commercially and new business minded
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Second language (advantageous)
  • Consultative selling
  • Self-starter
