Account Manager responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture existing relationships
- Drive revenue growth
- Cross-sell and up-sell
- Act as primary customer contact
- Manage implementations and user training
- Prepare and present renewal contracts
- Liaise with internal teams to deliver a first-class customer experience
- Prepare and present account reviews
- Degree-educated, intelligent, inquisitive, and with 2+ years of account management experience
- SaaS/Technology sales experience
- Self-motivated and results-orientated with proven organization skills
- Account management performers with a track record of success
- The ability to manage relationships at every level
- Gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona, and a desire to be part of an evolving scale-up company
- A base salary of 70-85k
- First-year achievable OTE of 100-110k
