As they continue to grow their North American client base, they currently have an immediate opening for a remote-based and LegalTech experienced Account Executive to sell across the South.
As a remote based Account Executive, you will:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with law firms and professional services clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing the value of SaaS technology
- Track and analyze sales pipeline progress, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success
- Represent the company at industry events, leveraging networking opportunities
- Provide market insights to help refine product offerings and sales strategies
- Degree educated, ambitious, and demonstrate a proven record of sales success
- Possess 5+ years of relevant technology/SaaS/software sales experience (LegalTech preferred)
- Demonstrate knowledge of the legal industry
- Have previously sold into the mid-market/large law firm sector
- Have in-depth knowledge of various sales strategies, methods, and SaaS demos
- Demonstrate outstanding communication and organization skills
- Have an entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiation skills, demonstrable business acumen, and a willingness to learn
- Show professionalism, integrity, and a team-first attitude
- An initial base salary circa 100-110k
- An uncapped OTE of 200-240k
