Account Executive – LegalTech
Southern US - Remote
100-110k base, 200-220k OTE + Excellent Benefits

  
As a hot LegalTech company, our client is well funded, enjoying a rapid ramp-up in revenues, and has a scalable product that is used by many of the world’s largest law firms. As they continue to grow their North American client base, they currently have an immediate opening for a remote-based and LegalTech experienced Account Executive to sell across the South.
  
As a remote based Account Executive, you will:  
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with law firms and professional services clients
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing the value of SaaS technology
  • Track and analyze sales pipeline progress, ensuring alignment with key performance metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success
  • Represent the company at industry events, leveraging networking opportunities
  • Provide market insights to help refine product offerings and sales strategies
The ideal Account Executive will:  
  • Degree educated, ambitious, and demonstrate a proven record of sales success
  • Possess 5+ years of relevant technology/SaaS/software sales experience (LegalTech preferred)
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the legal industry
  • Have previously sold into the mid-market/large law firm sector
  • Have in-depth knowledge of various sales strategies, methods, and SaaS demos
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and organization skills
  • Have an entrepreneurial flair, strong negotiation skills, demonstrable business acumen, and a willingness to learn
  • Show professionalism, integrity, and a team-first attitude
The successful Account Executive can expect:  
  • An initial base salary circa 100-110k
  • An uncapped OTE of 200-240k
