Our well-funded and highly successful scale-up client specialises in broadcasting video advertising. Handling 100’s millions of user-requested video ads every day, this unique platform delivers fantastic coverage and allows publishers to fully monetise their productions. Headquartered in Europe, this amazing company has a start-up feel in the UK and currently has an immediate and exciting opening in London for an Account Executive with AdTech experience.
As an Account Executive, you will:  
  • Develop and nurture Media Agency relationships across a large territory
  • Drive new business, agency-based revenue
  • Develop and implement a strategy to win, retain, and grow agency revenue
  • Prospect for new business and also respond to incoming leads from agencies
  • Target and manage a portfolio of Media Agencies and Programmatic leaders
  • Manage the full agency sales cycle from identification through to close
  • Work with agencies to drive their business
  • Drive best practices to influence buying decisions
  • Accurately forecast pipeline and sales figures
  • Partner with marketing to drive lead generation  
Account Executive applicants will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  
  • Degree educated
  • Intelligent, inquisitive, and competitive
  • 2+ years experience gained in AdTech
  • Start-up experience
  • Media Agencies and Advertisers
  • Video advertising and programmatic sector (advantageous)
  • Excellent knowledge of the digital landscape
  • Highly strategic
  • Self-motivated and results-orientated with proven influencing skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • New business focused with a track record of success (hunter)
  • The ability to manage a complex 360 sales cycle
  • Gravitas, an entrepreneurial spirit, a humble persona, and persuasive nature
The successful Account Executive can expect:  
  • A base salary of 40-80k
  • First-year achievable OTE of 60-120k
