Job Description:
  
As a Desk Assistant working on our Fixed Income Trading Desk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our trading activities. Your responsibilities will include:  
  • Executing and processing trade tickets promptly and accurately.
  • Reviewing trade tickets to verify the accuracy of information and calculating profit.
  • Preparing end-of-day reports and updating ad hoc reporting as required.
  • Generating monthly and quarterly reports, including customer transaction data, sales credits, counterparty information, and product volume statistics.
  • Collaborating with Dealing Room and Operations Staff to resolve any live or ongoing problems or queries.
  • Attending the daily morning meeting between London and Singapore to stay informed about key market events, ideas, and client business.
Requirements:  
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Fixed Income and Capital Markets.
  • 1+ years of experience working within a Financial Institution in a commercial setting.
  • A strong desire to build a career within Fixed Income Sales and/or Trading.
  • Finance degree
