Due to continued growth across their 4 global offices, they now have an exciting opening for a Business Development Manager, to join their successful London-based sales function.
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
- Join a performing team based in London SW1
- Focus on developing revenue streams (20% account management)
- Have open access to our client's leading solutions and consultancy services
- Identify and close opportunities of varying value with clients based throughout EMEA
- Work in a 360 capacity from lead generation and proposal writing through to client meetings and close
- Utilise leads generated through marketing campaigns, web requests, and your own activity
- Work closely with Economists to prepare pitches, tenders, and proposals
- Provide account management to an ever-growing account base
- Educated to degree level with a strong interest in economics, business, and current affairs
- A proven (closing) sales professional with 2+ years new business sales experience gained in information, professional services, real estate, financial services, or similar
- Intelligent, inquisitive, and ooze business acumen
- Motivated and dynamic with a professional approach to sales, revenue generation, and career development
- A first-class communicator, writer, and presenter with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders
- Organised and impactful
- A genuine new business hunter
- A base salary of 40-45k dependent upon previous experience
- A realistic first-year OTE of 75-80k
