Sales Executive – Digital Sales
Florida, New Jersey, or New York - Remote

Our international client, with a global network of offices provides business executives around the world with tailored practical conferences, large scale events, digital events, webinars and more, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and the regulatory landscape. To maintain their enviable position and further build their digital sales function, they have an immediate and exciting opening for a Sales Executive based in Florida, New Jersey, or New York.
Sales Executive Rewards:  
  • A base salary of 50-55k
  • Uncapped commissions (62-76k first year)

The Sales Executive role:  
  • Perform market research and lead sourcing within the HR sector
  • Target solution providers
  • Prospect for new business and build a pipeline of sales targets
  • Perform outreach, via phone, email and online/social engagement
  • Manage and grow an existing database of prospects/customers
  • Develop, create and deliver effective and persuasive programs, proposals and presentations
  • Build bespoke sponsorship packages
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead gen to close
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing colleagues
Graduate Sales Executive Requirements:  
  • Degree educated and a passion for sales
  • 1-2+ years previous sales experience. Digital, online advertising, or sponsorship preferred
  • HR sector knowledge
  • Highly driven with a record of achievement (academic, sporting, workplace etc.)
  • Intelligent and articulate candidates
  • New business hunter
  • A structured approach and solid time management
  • Motivated and entrepreneurial
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • A mature outlook and strong commercial awareness
