Our client produces an ever-increasing number of annual events and thousands of business executives with tailored and practical conferences, keeping them up to date with industry trends, technological developments, and regulatory announcements across many vertical markets. With offices on five continents, our client has grown to become the industry leader in planning, delivering, and managing conferences, tradeshows, workshops, seminars and more. They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Conference Producer to join their cohesive and high-performing team.
  
This exciting Senior Conference Producer role comes with:

As a Senior Conference Producer, you will:  
  • Develop a growth-oriented product strategy and vision 
  • Manage and increase event gross profit
  • Research, coordinate, and deliver high-quality conference programs
  • Act as the lead Project Manager for each conference/event
  • Drive innovation and launch new pharma-focused products
  • Create project plans for the creation and delivery of each conference/event
  • Structure conference/event programs to enhance interaction and sharing
  • Drive event narrative, identify speakers, and industry experts
  • Requires domestic and international travel
The ideal Senior Conference Producer will possess the following skills, traits, and experience:  
  • A 2:1 Research-based degree
  • 3+ years of experience in conference production
  • Strong research and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, engaging, and professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and freedom to travel
