Tom Morris

Tom joined Certus in 2015 as a Graduate Resourcer and, after showing a natural talent for recruitment, was promoted to Recruitment Consultant within our Technology Sales team. His interest in the technology sector and inquisitive nature meant he quickly made an impact in the team and was again promoted to Senior Consultant, responsible for working with clients across the sector to recruit senior sales professionals and sales leaders for their businesses. In this role his day was focused on headhunting C-level candidates, building strategic relationships with big players in the cyber-security industry and maintaining relationships with clients for long-term sustainability.

Following 18 months in the role of Senior Consultant and having built a considerable number of significant client relationships for the business, Tom earned the opportunity to move into a leadership role as Sales Manager of the Technology Sales team. In this position he was responsible for growing the team through both the recruitment of new team members and through the coaching and development of the existing team. A big challenge, Tom rose to it, with the support of the senior leadership team, and his business grew.

In 2018 Tom received his most recent promotion to Head of Sales Recruitment. Whilst he continues to support the larger team, Tom is also involved in shaping the strategic direction of the business.
